Is Permanent Weight Loss Achievable?

Is permanent weight loss achievable, or even possible? This is what the majority of clients who see me for help with weight loss have on their minds. For many, dieting and wright loss attempts may produce temporary results, but they end up gaining the weight back again, eventually. And sometimes, depending on the individual, the weight comes back with more pounds than they had before starting the diet. This can be extremely discouraging and frustrating. But weight loss doesn’t have to be that way at all. The biggest problem with most weight loss programs and products, is that they fail to address the individual, functional needs of each person and their unique body. And they fail to fulfill some foundational requirements that would allow the dieter to actually heal their bodies and change the way their body utilizes food and burns it as fuel. It’s pretty much that simple, but it can actually be complicated without the right insights, guidance, and permission to do what is right for you, and not a “one size fits all” system.
